Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coach to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a critical role in the development and growth of our nursing staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily coaching and feedback to new nurses, focusing on critical thinking and patient care decisions
  • Develop and implement orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Collaborate with unit leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Participate in competency validation and other orientation-based events
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in Emergency Department Nursing
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school
  • Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license, or Compact State licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification
