Job Summary:

As a Clinical Coach at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in the development and growth of our nursing staff. Under limited supervision, you will oversee unit orientation for new nurses, guiding their progress and ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily rounds on orientees' patients, providing coaching and encouragement to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Guide clinical discussions focused on patient care, using evidence-based practice to inform decision-making.
• Coordinate orientees' schedules to accommodate classes, testing, and other orientation-based events.
• Participate in orientee meetings, providing feedback to orientees and unit leadership.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school.
• Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license, or Compact State licensure.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
