Overview

As a Loan Officer, you'll play a critical role in originating loans from start to finish, including learning applications, systems, and collecting documentation. You'll also be responsible for consistent communication with all parties involved.

Responsibilities
  • Verify and input application information for mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Discuss and advise clients on their home loan options, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Review residential loan application files to ensure they meet establishment standards, including borrower assets, liabilities, and employment history.
  • Inform supervisors of any discrepancies in title or survey.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including maintaining current and valid NMLS licensure and state licensing in good standing.
Qualifications
  • Must have applicable state licensing and a valid NMLS license.
  • Two to five years of experience are preferred, but not required.

Compensation: Competitive salary range available upon request.
