Rehabilitation Technician

As a Rehabilitation Technician at Inova Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and therapists. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour days.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly treatment area, ensuring equipment is in good working condition and supplies are properly stocked.
• Assist therapists with patient care, preparing and arranging supplies as needed, and adhering to established guidelines for patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, medical staff, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Complete administrative tasks and responsibilities in support of the operating unit, including maintaining accurate records and reports.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Rehab Tech preferred but not mandatory.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
