About the Job
">Securitas Inc. is seeking a Mobile Response Team Specialist to join our team of security professionals. This role involves rapid emergency deployment of officers into developing incidents, providing security presence throughout the campus, and monitoring standard radio communication and emergency frequency nets.
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Roving, patrolling, and surveying properties to ensure proper observation and deterrence;">
- Maintaining a strong security presence on campus, including monitoring radio communication and emergency frequency nets;">
- Using various technological platforms to monitor and escalate information, providing rapid emergency response and accurate information dissemination;">
- Providing onsite incident command and ensuring client's medical forms are filled out and witness statements are collected;">
- Writing clear and concise incident reports according to policy and procedures;">
- Performing additional miscellaneous tasks as given by leadership, such as BOLO watches, VIP escorts, prototype escorts, and special event projects.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- To be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED;">
- To have standard computer/technology skills and be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic;">
- To possess a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal/written communication;">
- To have conflict resolution and de-escalation skills and a customer service background (preferred);">
- To be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner and conduct patrols throughout shift;">
- To have great attention to detail and be comfortable conducting access control duties;">
- To have previous security, medical, law enforcement, or military background (preferred) and hold CPR/First Air Certification recognized by ASHI (American Safety & Health Institute).">
