Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive school improvement plan, aligning with district initiatives and goals.
  • Lead and supervise the instructional program, evaluating teacher performance and implementing research-based strategies.
  • Monitor student performance through data analysis, aligning resources with goals and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, fostering a positive and inclusive school community.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment, promoting Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS).
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote academic success and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Administration or equivalent.
  • State of Michigan Administrative certification required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in education, with a proven track record of improved student achievement.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to positively influence and support a diverse student population.
