We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Office Manager with daily administrative operations and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Accounts Receivable:
    • Focus on Accounts Receivable, skilled at collections, and capable of producing results on past-due accounts in a timely manner.
  • Reception:
    • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • General & Administrative:
    • Order and manage office supplies, and monitor supply inventory levels.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
    • Ensure printers have paper and breakrooms have supplies.
    • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Scanning documents, filing, and general administrative duties.
    • Assume responsibility for special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional demeanor, phone manner, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Additional education such as an associate's degree or certifications in office administration, finance, or related fields.
