As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Office Manager with daily administrative operations and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Focus on Accounts Receivable, skilled at collections, and capable of producing results on past-due accounts in a timely manner.
- Reception:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- General & Administrative:
- Order and manage office supplies, and monitor supply inventory levels.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Ensure printers have paper and breakrooms have supplies.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Scanning documents, filing, and general administrative duties.
- Assume responsibility for special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional demeanor, phone manner, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Additional education such as an associate's degree or certifications in office administration, finance, or related fields.
