Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a travel nursing assignment in a reputable hospital in Texas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for caring for women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth.

Responsibilities:

  • Care for women and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
  • Monitor vital signs and administer medications as needed
  • Assist with caesarian sections and provide education to new mothers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Active RN license
