About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients requiring assistance with out-of-stock purchases
  • Search dealer inventory and provide quality offers to clients
  • Manage workflow from order submission to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Provide consultative input on alternative vehicles and ordering methods to optimize delivery
  • Arrange upfitting and transportation logistics for stock and dealer orders
  • Collaborate with FPS to resolve vehicle purchase issues from dealerships
  • Build and maintain key contact relationships with dealers and suppliers
  • Provide insight and consultation on dealership inventory status and licensing inquiries
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or three to five years of related experience or equivalent industry experience
  • Fleet or mechanical experience, with upfitting expertise, is highly desirable
  • Strong industry knowledge and familiarity with current state restrictions and laws pertaining to lease vehicles
  • Proven problem-solving skills with an analytical and inquisitive approach
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively
  • Microsoft Office product knowledge - moderate proficiency level
