Job Summary

As a key member of our Food Services team, you will be responsible for supervising steward staff, organizing tasking, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of steward staff to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Organize tasking and special projects to ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities, including the management of inventory and supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our operations.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of our team.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in the hotel or restaurant industry.
  • One year of supervisory experience required.
  • Basic computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases required.
  • Valid driver's license and U.S. Passport required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with Station Services in Antarctica may be accepted in lieu of minimum experience.
  • Current ServSafe Food Handler certificate required.
