Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at RADIAS Health. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct services to residents, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Administer medications under the supervision of the facility's nurse, upon successful completion of required medication training.
- Conduct monthly house meetings for residents, in collaboration with Certified Peer Specialists.
- Assist Mental Health Therapists in developing treatment plans, tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
- Teach and develop independent living skills, such as relaxation techniques, conversation skills, and budgeting.
- Identify individuals prone to behavior emergencies and assist in developing additional programming to address their needs.
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral health sciences or a related field, plus 2,000 hours of work experience providing services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
- OR, no college degree and 4,000 hours of supervised work experience in the delivery of services to individuals with mental illness.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
