Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Integrated Mental Health Therapist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our primary care clinic, you will provide assessments, treatment/care planning, and psychosocial therapy to a diverse population of patients.
About the Role:- Provide independent assessments, treatment/care planning, and psychosocial therapy to patients in a primary care clinic setting.
- Work collaboratively with a primary care/chronic disease management team to provide comprehensive care.
- Document treatment/communication in accordance with department standards.
- Stay current on community resources to effectively provide linkage and advocacy to fulfill client needs.
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LSWAIC), Licensed Advanced Social Worker Associate (LAASW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) or eligibility for associate level licensure upon hire.
- One to two (1-2) years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
