Pharmacy Service Representative

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, you will be responsible for delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. You will register sales on assigned cash registers, provide customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy. You will also engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolve customer issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
• Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, and filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs.
• Perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, and filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs.
• Maintain knowledge of Company asset protection techniques and files claims for warehouse overages, shortages, order errors, or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, including alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise, and complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures, and have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment, prior work experience with Walgreens, good math skills, and prior PTCB certification.
