Job Overview

What Mr. Value Electricians is Seeking:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical services
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Ability to pass background checks and random drug screenings
  • Strong work ethic with the capability to work independently
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding client expectations
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Proficiency in residential and light commercial electrical service and installation, including: recessed lighting, new circuits/outlets, breaker panel replacements, service upgrades, installation of interior and exterior lighting, TV mounting, and ethernet cabling
  • Skilled in troubleshooting electrical problems and executing repairs
  • Understanding of load calculations for circuits/services and selecting appropriate wire and breaker sizes
  • Competence in using hand and power tools relevant to electrical tasks
  • Familiarity with electrical theory, principles, materials, and equipment, along with basic mathematical problem-solving skills
  • Adherence to National Electrical Code standards in all work performed
  • Physical capability to bend, climb, squat, reach, kneel, and lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing Mr. Value Electricians professionally while driving a company vehicle to client locations.
  • Engaging with clients by demonstrating expertise in the knowledge, products, and services offered by Mr. Value Electricians.
  • Conducting repairs on existing electrical systems and troubleshooting various residential electrical issues.
  • Improving residential electrical systems through the installation or replacement of outlets, complete service upgrades, and more.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team committed to fostering a positive work environment for employees and clients alike.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and electrician certification programs.
