The Temporary Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering evidence-based, research-informed nursing care to individuals in the residential treatment program during the absence of the full-time Nurse. This position entails meticulous documentation of services rendered in accordance with state regulations and licensing requirements. The Temporary Nurse reports directly to the Program Director. The ideal candidate is a licensed Nurse motivated by a commitment to transforming lives, enthusiastic about the integration of faith and clinical practice, and possesses a flexible schedule to address staffing needs as they arise.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating residents' medical needs and formulating personalized care strategies
  • Administering prescribed medications as instructed by a physician
  • Providing medical guidance to patients and their families when necessary
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and treatment continuity
  • Recording patient progress and revising care plans as required
  • Ensuring compliance of the medical department with all applicable laws and regulations
