Weekend LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a Weekend LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents while enjoying a fulfilling work-life balance.

The Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN provides nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice and regulations. Responsibilities include:

• Collecting information from residents to be admitted, including medical records and insurance details.
• Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to residents as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output.

To be considered for this Weekend LPN position, you must have:

• A valid LPN license.
• Up-to-date MMR vaccination and physical.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
