Job Summary

Positive Impact Health Centers INC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead our pharmacy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct supervision of pharmacy personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Oversee the pharmacy's operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our pharmacy remains competitive and compliant

Requirements:

  • BS Pharmacy Degree or Pharm D
  • Three years of experience in a pharmacy management role in a retail pharmacy setting preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in HIV and/or Mental Health Specialty Pharmacy field
  • AAHIVM or other HIV expert certification (or willingness to obtain during tenure)
  • Experience with PioneerRx software

Working Conditions:
