Key Responsibilities:- Assist in providing and coordinating nursing care for patients, families, and communities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Communicate with the care team to assist with clinical planning and patient care.
- Manage resources and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient delivery of care.
- Graduate of a LPN nursing program from an accredited school.
- Authorized by the State of Ohio Board of Nursing to perform intravenous therapy procedures and administer medicines.
- Two years of related LPN experience required for LPN-Weekend Option.
- Per diem LPNs must have at least one year recent experience in the area of practice.
- Requires full range of body motion, including handling and lifting patients.
- Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time.
- Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Summa Health System offers a competitive salary range of $24.68/hr - $29.62/hr, with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
