Job Title: Travel Contract - Radiology Technician

Number of positions: 2

Shift: Night shifts - 36 hours

Duration: 13 weeks

Hourly pay: $43.57

Weekly Pay: $1,634

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct x-ray examinations for inpatient, emergency room, and operating room services.
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to ensure high-quality imaging.
  • Position patients comfortably during imaging procedures.
  • Maintain and update patient records, reporting findings to the supervising physician.
  • Coordinate daily procedure schedules and manage inventory of supplies.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and possess strong technical skills.
  • Dedication to patient care and holding a BLS Provider certification.
  • Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technician program.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Radiology Technician.
  • Possession of an active, unencumbered Texas RN state license.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Completion of COVID vaccination, including two shots and a booster.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Commitment to maintaining and enhancing clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Understanding of the highest standards in patient care.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and effective problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities.
