Responsibilities:- Teach graduate-level clinical courses that prepare students for licensure as a licensed specialist in school psychology
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with NASP and APA standards
- Supervise student and/or graduate assistants
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of school psychology
- Participate in departmental and university service activities
- Doctorate in school psychology
- Evidence of scholarship (i.e., refereed journal publications, professional conference presentations)
- Eligible for licensure as a school psychologist in Texas (i.e., LSSP) and, if not licensed, commitment to prepare and apply upon receipt of contract
- Teaching experience
- Knowledge of NASP and APA standards
- Commitment to goals to engage in required productivity and professional involvement associated with promotion and tenure
