Job Overview

The Clinical Territory Sales Specialist will partner with our field sales team to drive sales, provide territory and clinical coverage, and support expansion and growth of our Inspire therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales and account management to drive productivity and growth within assigned territories and accounts.
  • Manage revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership.
  • Work seamlessly with Territory Managers to increase selling time.
  • Delve into delivering exceptional service through team-driven directives, revenue impact, clinical education needs, and execution of new business opportunities.
  • Promote the Inspire therapy within assigned geographic areas and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Assist in developing quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide clinical and technical support during implant procedures and device activations as needed.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4+ years).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales (outside/inside), marketing, patient-facing clinical experience, or sales support role in medical devices...OR...3+ years of experience in sales positions in other industries.
