Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients for treatment and develop plans of care to meet their individual needs.
  • Establish goals and assess progress toward the attainment of goals in collaboration with other healthcare disciplines.
  • Consult with other healthcare professionals to coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patients.
  • Instruct patients and caregivers in home programs for exercises and functional activities.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Arizona Speech-Language Pathology License.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
  • American Heart Association BLS required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bi-lingual-Spanish/English
