Speech Therapist Opportunity

A Better Tomorrow Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a pediatric home health agency, we provide comprehensive care to children aged 3-21 with various challenges. Our Speech Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, caregivers, and families is essential for ensuring holistic care and maximizing outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for pediatric clients
Implement evidence-based interventions and track progress towards communication goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, caregivers, and families to ensure holistic care
Provide high-quality speech therapy services in a respectful and professional manner

Requirements:
Experience in pediatric speech therapy and home care settings
Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, caregivers, and fellow professionals
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of various communication disorders and evidence-based intervention techniques
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Article 9 training
CPR Certification
Current AHCCCS ID or willingness to obtain one
