Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and embody the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

  • Guide regional teams in fostering understanding of the needs of youth entering care and the importance of family reunification.

  • Assist foster parents in overcoming challenges they may face.
  • Provide educational resources and support through various formats including meetings and discussions.
  • Collaborate effectively with regional and national teams.
  • Prepare and present reports on licensing progress and targets.
  • Participate in regular supervision and reporting processes.
  • Document and report incidents to appropriate agencies as necessary.
  • This role will encompass responsibilities across NYAP's southern region.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, marketing, or public relations.
  • Strong understanding of branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.
  • Proficient in using various technology and software applications.
