Job Summary

RideNow Powersports is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Motorcycle Lot Technician to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring our motorcycle inventory is properly maintained, displayed, and prepared for sale.

Responsibilities
  • Motorcycle Preparation: Wash, clean, and detail motorcycles to ensure they are in excellent condition for display and sale.
  • Lot Organization: Organize and arrange motorcycles in the front lot and showroom to create an attractive and inviting display.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their purchases, including tagging units as sold and ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy showroom and lot, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing the area.
  • Delivery and Pickup: Safely transport motorcycles to and from the lot, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete pre-delivery checklists, receive parts or equipment orders, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely move and handle large, heavy motorcycles (up to 850 pounds fully dressed).
  • Experience: Previous experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Age: Must be at least 25 years old with a clean driving record.
