Civil Litigation Paralegal Job Description

A prestigious law firm is seeking an exceptional Litigation Paralegal to support their team in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist litigation counsel throughout all stages of legal proceedings, ensuring seamless support and coordination.
  • Oversee the discovery process, including document collection, retention, and production, as well as drafting responses to discovery requests.
  • Draft fundamental legal documents, such as settlement agreements, document retention notices, and response letters.
  • Contribute to pre-trial preparations by drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently and punctually, demonstrating strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil litigation, including proficiency in organizing extensive caseloads, discovery, and trial readiness.
  • Exposure to commercial and business litigation is preferred.
  • Office management skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with trial presentation software.
