Job Summary

This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing patient referrals, updating charts, and scheduling appointments. If you are efficient, productive, and thorough, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound calls to schedule follow-up appointments for existing patients.
  • Update patient charts to reflect current demographics, insurance eligibility, and communication preferences.
  • Partner with patients to ensure they have registered with the online patient portal.
  • Build provider schedules to optimize patient access.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Ability to work onsite at our Lake Success, NY location.
  • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours, including occasional overtime.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly range for this position is $16.54 - $32.55 per hour. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. We also offer paid time off, eight paid annual holidays, and parental leave.
