About the Role

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distinguished Engineer to join our dynamic Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness team. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for driving technology thought leadership across our portfolio of products and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy applications to the highest standards
  • Create best-in-class industry solutions and develop engineering frameworks to drive technology-led innovation
  • Solve complex and mission-critical problems, both internally and externally
  • Work alongside our team of technologists to develop and execute our application modernization roadmap

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in software development, enterprise architecture, or a similar role
  • 10+ years of experience in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
  • 2+ years of experience in AI development, framework libraries, and AI tooling platforms for integration and lifecycle management
  • 5+ years of experience with developing and implementing target architectures that apply best practices for working with transactional and analytical workloads
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing digital workplace solutions, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment
