Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Berry Global. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administering performance and attendance discipline, and maintaining accurate records in our quality management system.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to employees, responding promptly to requests and inquiries
  • Administer and track performance and attendance discipline, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies
  • Complete I-9 forms, verify documentation, and maintain up-to-date records
  • Assist with employee letters, including new hire and termination communications
  • Coordinate recruitment and interview processes, scheduling meetings and events as needed
  • Orientate new employees to the organization, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation in our quality management system, auditing and updating documents regularly
  • Update HRIS database records, processing paperwork for new hires, terminations, and status changes
  • Create and maintain personnel files, storing relevant documents securely
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably with a strong background in HRIS systems (Oracle)
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with employees and managers
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience working with a large employee population
Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience
