Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with experience in default services, mortgage litigation, and bankruptcy. As a Senior Mortgage Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a team of attorneys and staff, ensuring timely processing of files, and providing sound legal representation to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the area of practice assigned to you, implementing effective scheduling and follow-up on files.
  • Lead and manage staff assigned to your practice area.
  • Ensure timely processing and accurate legal representation of assigned files.
  • Maintain at least 2200 hours of logged time for the office each year.
Requirements
  • 3-4+ years of experience in real estate law, including mortgage litigation and bankruptcy.
  • Must be barred in Kansas.
  • Licensed in MO or willing to become licensed.
  • Litigation background and comfortable in a courtroom.
