**Job Summary:**

The Material Handler II is responsible for ensuring all inventory is maintained accurately and provided to required areas in a timely manner. This role plays a critical part in the success of Equiliem's operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform material movements both physically and systematically to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Generate work orders from an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Perform work order receipts in the ERP system to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct cycle counting as required to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a neat and safe work environment to promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Assist in the coordination and flow of product through manufacturing and assembly when needed to support production goals.
  • Work in a cross-functional team environment to foster collaboration and communication.
  • Some areas may require the handling of chemicals, with proper training provided to ensure employee safety.
  • Be available to work overtime as required to meet business needs.
  • Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of quality management systems (QMS), environmental management systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
  • Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
