Responsibilities:

• Inbound Call Management: Handle all incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns while ensuring seamless communication.
• Sales Lead Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales leads, following up promptly to convert prospects into clients.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange appointments for potential clients, providing comprehensive information on our services, pricing, and benefits.
• e-Signature Platform Management: Process sales contracts through online e-signature platforms, informing relevant teams upon completion.

Qualifications:

• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Organizational Ability: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Business Knowledge: Basic understanding of business principles, including marketing, sales, and customer service.

Salary Range:$50,000 - $70,000 annually
