Job Summary

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team as a travel CT Technologist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis.
  • Provide quality care to patients of all age groups, from newborn to elderly, according to department standards.
  • Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Formal 2-year radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school that meets requirements for registry by the ARRT.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CT Scan (computerized tomography) components.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification in computed tomography, or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification (NMTCB) in computed tomography, or ARRT (R) or NMTCB certification and documented training on computed tomography.
  • State license if required.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CT registry at hire.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
