We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team at Northwest Center. As the first point of contact for our visitors and employees, you will provide exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to employees and visitors
- Issue visitor badges and determine the nature of their visit
- Offer services to guests, including stowing luggage and coats, issuing loaner badges, and making transportation reservations
- Assist Amazon's recruiting department with issuing and collecting Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Direct new hires and temporary employees to the Security Badge Office
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate person or department
- Manage distribution of LCD projectors and update Outlook
- Competitive hourly rate: $21.59 - $25.70
