Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, engineers, contractors, and distributors.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers, including product knowledge, application guidance, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on commercial glazing contractors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction products and applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
