**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Telemetry or Critical Care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
