**Job Summary**
Wilson Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Telemetry department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- 2+ years of experience in a Telemetry or Critical Care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
