Department/Unit Overview

Our 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry offers a dynamic environment with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:5/6. We're staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Monitor Techs providing care for patients with a mix of medical/surgical conditions. Our unit features 24/7 CNA coverage working closely with the RNs, as well as 24/7 cardiac monitoring. This role provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid patient turnover while delivering high-quality patient care in a strong team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited program. Additional requirements include:

· BLS and ACLS required

· 1-2 years Med/Surge experience preferred

· Basic arrhythmia recognition preferred
