Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Lead for Clinical Trials to join our team at Mount Sinai Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research administration and experience in managing clinical trials, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to support clinical trials
  • Manage a team of clinical research coordinators and other staff members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practices
  • Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to advance research goals

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research, including management and leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
