Position Overview:
The Custodial Technician plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order within the cannabis facility. This position requires a dedicated individual who can fulfill essential duties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
While this role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities, the Custodial Technician is expected to adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in custodial services.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Basic understanding of processing and mathematics.
- Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and manage stress effectively.
- Availability for evening, night, and weekend shifts as needed.
