Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our dynamic medical team. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will work in a Community Based Outpatient Clinic setting, providing individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive behavioral health services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each client
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress

Requirements:

To be successful as a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution
  • Active licensure in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC)
  • At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with children, adolescents, and adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency is highly desirable
