Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Certified Maintenance Specialist to become a vital member of our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of our residential facilities while performing general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and standards.
- Engage with residents and vendors in a courteous, welcoming, and professional manner.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call as required.
- Possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Conduct HVAC maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Perform appliance repairs, general plumbing, and electrical work.
- Execute general apartment make-ready tasks.
- Carry out painting, minor carpentry, and drywall repairs.
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Assist in the upkeep of buildings, common areas, and grounds.
- Participate in the apartment turnover process, service requests, and preventive maintenance initiatives.
- Contribute to the organization and inventory management of the Maintenance Shop and storage areas.
- Implement all safety protocols and practices related to maintenance operations.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Hold EPA Type II or Universal certification.
