Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, manage expenses, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and direct a team of employees to achieve annual and periodic goals, promoting a culture of servant leadership and employee development.
- Screen, interview, and hire staff using the LAZ Way approach, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Manage and plan the activities of managers, supervisors, and front-line staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and deliver financial and operational reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement and complete projects and initiatives that drive business growth and excellence.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the parking industry.
- Strong understanding of financial management and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Valid California driver's license and safe driving record.
- Ability to travel within the West Coast occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Parking management experience.
- Power BI experience.
