Position Overview:
The Technical Support Analyst (TSA) is an entry-level, hourly role focused on assisting healthcare providers, clinicians, and business professionals in utilizing technology to enhance their workflows. This position is essential for delivering timely and accurate support for consumer devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure consumer hardware and software.
- Document detailed descriptions in service tickets.
- Adhere to established standards for devices and software.
- Collaborate with enterprise technical and business support teams.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on authorized devices.
- Communicate effectively with users to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in projects and special initiatives.
- Maintain standard operating procedures for field operations.
- Provide basic support for audio-visual technology.
- Reference centralized knowledge bases for field operations.
- Perform basic repairs on devices.
- Coordinate with designated IT vendors for support.
- Meet service level agreements for incidents and requests.
- Follow procedures for imaging devices.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of various internet browsers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of current Microsoft and Mac operating systems.
- Basic understanding of device imaging processes.
- Familiarity with mobile device hardware.
- Effective technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of workstation management software.
- Understanding of IT security best practices.
- Basic comprehension of IT network hardware and software concepts.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in a consumer-focused environment.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a desktop support role.
Certifications:
Must possess one of the following IT-related certifications:
- CompTIA A
- CompTIA Network
- CompTIA Security
- Cisco CCNA
- ISC2 CC
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a day shift.
