Job Description

SD Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Project Manager to join our team in Euless, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and requirements
  • Liaise with project managers, government entities, and international partners
  • Support project planning, production, quality, and staff direction
  • Develop scopes of work and project requirement packages
  • Assist in creating and managing budgets and schedules
  • Resolve urgent issues related to project funding and scheduling
  • Provide risk management and contingency execution
  • Monitor program funds and execute financial transactions
  • Report on program progress, issues, and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining working relationships with high-level officials and technical experts
  • Experience with writing and developing projects, including PRDs, SOWs, SOOs, PWSs, and IGCEs
  • Proficiency in RSMeans construction cost estimating software
  • Ability to conduct analytic assessments and identify strengths and weaknesses
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and website design software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DHS experience and Project Manager Level I & II Certification
  • Minimum OSHA 10-Hour training
  • Familiarity with project management, scheduling, and risk management
  • Experience in solving difficult issues related to project funding and scheduling

Clearance and Citizenship:

  • Must be able to pass a minimum background investigation for U.S. Government Public Trust clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
