Work Schedule:
This role offers a flexible schedule with weekend shifts, allowing for a balanced personal life while delivering vital patient care.
Caregivers will work two 12-hour shifts on weekends and one additional shift during the week, providing ample time for personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in line with established protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as per nursing guidelines.
- Facilitate discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families, ensuring understanding of care plans.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Experience:
