Work Schedule:

This role offers a flexible schedule with weekend shifts, allowing for a balanced personal life while delivering vital patient care.

Caregivers will work two 12-hour shifts on weekends and one additional shift during the week, providing ample time for personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care in line with established protocols.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as per nursing guidelines.
  • Facilitate discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and families, ensuring understanding of care plans.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Experience:

A minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving patients, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Protective Equipment:
