• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and alternatives within established timeframes.

• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the initiative to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
**Requirements:**
• Proven experience in customer support or client service.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and customer service metrics.
• Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with asset recovery systems and practices.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
