Job Summary

The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive human resources administration responsibilities across the US and supporting globally. This role is responsible for the provision of administrative support, covering all aspects of the employment lifecycle and mentoring administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to internal inquiries and provide answers, ensuring a high level of client service.
  • Provide transactional processing and administration for all main HR processes, including on-boarding, job changes, secondments, leavers, retirements, work experience, and renewal of fixed-term contracts.
  • Provide administrative support to the mentoring program.
  • Update and maintain accurate information on the firm's HR System and other filing systems.
  • Update documents in response to new legislation or policy changes.
  • Involvement in HR projects.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with other members of the HR team.
  • Actively participate in process improvement discussions and implement necessary changes.
Requirements
  • High level of IT skills, including MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Desire to gain experience in administration.
  • Fluent spoken and written English essential.
