- Therapeutic Counseling: Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and their families, providing individual, group, and family counseling services using evidence-based interventions.
- Care Management: Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring timely communication and coordination with providers.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, adhering to agency and regulatory guidelines.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, education, and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Licensure: Current licensure as an LMSW, LAPC, or LAMFT by the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists.
- Education and Experience: Master's degree in a related field and relevant experience in mental health or substance use programs.
- Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated expertise in using evidence-based treatments, proficiency in electronic health records, and strong clinical judgment.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a residential or outpatient setting, with mental health or substance use programs.
- Skills: Ability to work with adults, children, and adolescents, and conduct group counseling/therapy services.
