Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respite services to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety, well-being, and human rights are maintained.
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as food preparation, community integration, and social interaction.
- Plan and implement games, crafts, and other projects to facilitate meaningful activities.
- Ensure safe and effective behavior management, responding to atypical/emergent circumstances as needed.
- Document rendered services and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver's license, acceptable driving record, and dependable transportation.
- Preferred experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Functional knowledge of community resources, crafts, and recreational activities.
