Job Description

As a Foster Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children in their home environments. Your responsibilities will include teaching skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships. You will also support foster parents by helping train, license, and guide them in providing the best care for the children in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach children skills to regulate their emotions and develop healthy relationships
  • Support foster parents in providing quality care for children
  • Help train, license, and guide foster parents
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure children's needs are met
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with two or more years of experience in the human services field, OR a Master's degree in a human services field
